Project located in Pizarra, in Valle de Guadalhorce, a town that is set to become Málaga´s new satellite town.

This development, situated within Finca Casablanca, is an exception to the area´s restrictive planning policy and has become the largest land bank in the entire region, extending to over 190 hectares.

To date, the development has received full approval for the planning applications for the two sectors in Pizarra´s General Urban Development Plan, equating to 1.9 million sqm of land.
