Complex of 3 buildings that will be named E1, E2 and E3, numbered from the western boundary.  The E1 and E3 buildings are rectangular-shaped and symmetrical, and arranged over three floors. The ground floor and first floor are 25.10 m by 33.20 m, whilst the lateral and front walls/overhangs on the second floor take this floor’s area to 33.20 m by 39.20 m. All floors in the E2 building are 33.20 sqm by 33.20 sqm.

There is a non-accessible casing located at the second-floor level that wraps around the three building cores. The core function of this metal-grille clad slim line metal structure, is to protect the buildings from the sun. In total, the casing comprises 134 sqm, spanning 60 sqm in length and 45 sqm in width, in line with building regulation setbacks.
