Single Home is a development and construction firm boasting over 50 years of experience in the sector. It first started trading under this name in 1987, when a number of companies that had been specialising in real estate since 1966 joined forces.
Right from the very outset, the company has focused on providing a high-end product to the most discerning of clients, and to date, has developed and built over 6,000 homes across Spain.

Since it was first founded, the company has offered services across the entire property development cycle, from managing and completing all required land planning procedures, to finalising the design of the end product and its construction. With over 50 years of experience, Single Home has managed and built over 1.3 million sqm.
The company´s high-end porfolio comprises land for the development of over 2,500 homes, as well as exclusive properties to be operated as hotels, offices and golf courses.
